Satalino, CPA/PFS has over 40 years of experience in the accounting, tax preparation and financial services profession. His career began with the Internal Revenue Service in Connecticut in 1974, first as an Office Auditor, then as a Revenue Agent. He founded his accounting and tax preparation business in 1990 and added financial services to the firm in the year 2000. His vast tax and financial experience goes hand in hand with helping clients achieve their financial goals, all the while recognizing how tax implications can seriously impact ones financial health. Tom graduated from Fairfield University in 1974 with a degree in Finance. He went on to study additional tax courses at the University of Hartford. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA). He was also awarded the designation of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) through the AICPA in 2010. His community services have extended to numerous boards of directors and trustees of local schools, charities and civic organizations in the area. He currently serves on the Boards of Trustees of Catholic Charities in Hartford, The St. Vincent DePaul Mission of Bristol, Inc., and the First Company Governors Foot Guard in Hartford, of which he has been a member since 1980. Tom grew up in New Britain, attended local schools, and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where he met his spouse. He recently moved to Kensington with his wife Jude, and they have three children and five grandchildren.
