Our Mission

Our mission to prepare small businesses for the incoming digital transformation.

Who we are

Passion is a force of nature, and our biggest asset. Our love for the work we do unlocks a level of liberated creativity. We pour that creativity into our projects, and the results speak for themselves.

What we do

The world is changing, and it's going digital. It's not a matter of if, but when small businesses choose to reposition, and adjust to the new way of reaching with their customer. We aid in the transition.

Our Ideas

We consider ourselves very much on the cutting edge of MarTech (marketing technology), this includes understanding in-depth, and integrating softwares that aid in creative production, content distribution, analytics tracking, etc.

We understand content distribution in a way most companies do not. We have created an application that aids in the collection, enhancement, contextualization, and distribution of marketing content. Most of this is done via AI automatically, and can even be completely automated, pulling content from a website. This application's highest and best use resides in the hands of high-volume content marketers, as it can either replace the need for manual content marketing, or allow for a level of content-quality and distribution otherwise impossible.

We now offer this application, Labate Social, in beta upon request from our clients whose needs match its function.

How can I make customers read through my email?

Customers open emails they connect with and those, which sound relevant. So, the first thing you need to do is to understand your customer’s expectations and things that matter to them the most. Whenever you shoot an email ask yourself, “Does the email content, especially the subject line matter to my customer?” Customers instantly connect to emails, which are personalized and when the call to action is relevant. Also, if you create an urgency they do read and respond as well. Focus on the value you create for the customer and the benefits you are offering.

How do I design an attractive email?

Use catchy images, call to actions and animated gifs that attract attention. Don’t use too many font types, font colors, and font sizes. Let the line spacing be enough. This gives good readability. Depending on the context of your emails its great to use bold colors. Don’t forget to make your email template responsive, so that it looks good across all devices. All in all, designing an attractive email includes minute details and an eye for creativity. It also depends on the type of content and the message you are conveying. What should be the frequency of sending emails?

Sending an email once a month helps to create your presence in someone’s mind. Twice or thrice a month develops a connect and doesn’t create a nuisance. But, when you send emails four times a month it creates consistency. When you send offer emails you can send two emails and then send the third one as a final reminder. But, sending more than three emails just to mention the offer creates a nuisance ultimately losing a subscriber as he/she might mark you as spam. Here, in desperation to get a sale, you’ve lost an opportunity. Email frequency varies from industry to industry and you need to keep testing in order to know what works best for your brand.

How long will it take to write my copy?

This depends on a number of things – the size and complexity of the project; how quickly you want it; what information you can supply and how quickly you can supply it; and my workload at the time. Ordinarily, I can turn around shorter pieces within 1-72 hours, while larger, more complicated projects may involve in-depth research or interviews and will take longer. I’ll always create your content as quickly as possible but will never compromise on quality or detail. A deadline will always be agreed with you during our initial discussions or at the briefing stage before the creative process begins.
