Karin Kovacic

I joined Baker Tilly to help grow their private equity efforts I am excited to be part of the team and be able to provide private equity firms and their portfolio companies a suite of professional service. Before Baker Tilly, I was with Neptune Financial and Monroe Capital on their origination teams. Prior to that, I was with Alcentra Capital Corporation focusing on business development and deal origination. In previous roles, I led CBIZ MHM LLC’s growth, business development and marketing efforts in the New York Metropolitan area and also spent four years as vice president at Fifth Street Capital, where I was sourcing deals in the North East deal as well as coordinating their marketing and business development strategies. I graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Purchase where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. I am involved in several networking and educational associations including having served on the board and executive committee of the Association of Corporate Growth. I also serve as chairman of the Connecticut Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Outside of work, I live in Riverside, CT with my daughter and son and volunteer with the Junior League of Greenwich.
