About Cheryl Hislop

Cheryl Hislop is the Founder at the Women Entrepreneurs' Social. Cheryl Hislop can be contacted via phone at 475-999-2392 or via email at info@womenesocial.com. Well, this is awkward, its me.. I'm writing about me. I nominated and selected myself as a WES Warrior, well, because I created the group and the concept of the Warriors. It feels.... weird. So if you are thinking that as well, I'm with ya! But in reality, I am a warrior. I've seen many many battles in my life and I can guarantee I will see more. I am strong. I am powerful. And with the right light and support around me, I am fully confident I will be victorious. All of the women who show support to this group are my Warriors, and I can't tell you how important you are to me. You are the reason I continue. I also wanted to use this opportunity to promote the WES Warrior feature. It is meant to support members and to shine light on our achievements. I landed on the term 'Warrior' for particular reasons. In entrepreneurship, you have many hills to climb and caverns to navigate but the highest and most dangerous one is the journey within. All of the shortcomings and insecurities that you gracefully attempted to keep hidden will inevitably show up in the journey of entrepreneurship. That, is the real struggle. We can only go as far as we all our self go to and you learn your restrictions fast. It's important to sit with that and not run from it. Strengthen your weaknesses. Shine light on them, don't be insecure because we all have struggles.. .and know that everyone has their own battle. Join me in celebrating the struggles and the wins. If you have someone in mind or you would like to be featured as a WES Warrior, fill out the form here and let's talk!
