In many cases the disposition of real estate is required and with my experience and the resources available to me in terms of management commitment and diversified and talented personnel our company offers we are well equipped to expose properties to the marketplace and maximize sales price and minimize the sales cycle. I bring a straight forward approach to how I can help people in need of real estate services for varying purposes. I have over 20 years of experience in the Eastern CT marketplace participating in over 600 transaction and over 100 million dollars in sales volume. My long standing commitment to personally servicing my clients and my transactional experience and knowledge are helpful to my customers in all transactions. Currently I reside in Columbia CT with my wife and youngest son and I remain an active community member being a long serving youth sports coach in the local community. I serve on the Manchester Country Club advisory committee, as an executive board member at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and a committee member on the Manchester Downtown Economic Development Committee.
