During July and August, enjoy free concerts on Thursday evenings provided by the Kent Land Trust, Kent Lions Club, the Kent Greenhouse & Gardens, and the Kent Park & Recreation. Held on the Kent Land Trust field, Route 7, across from the Kent Greenhouse. Second Saturdays are back this summer at the Kent Barns along Maple Street. Each 2nd Saturday of the month, the shops and galleries in the Kent Barns celebrate summer with art gallery openings, music, flower market and more. The Annual Kent Sidewalk Sale Days takes place Thursday August 4 through Sunday August 7. You won’t want to miss the sales, food and entertainment during the week. The Kent CT Farmers Market is held every Friday (rain or shine) on Fridays from 3:00 to 6:00 PM on the Kent Land Trust field, 37 South Main Street (Route 7), across from the Kent Greenhouse. With a variety of vendors including farmers, beer, meals-to-go, baked goods, local honey, homemade crafts, and jewelry, you’ll surely find something you love! Whatever you like to do, we have it.
